We are pleased to present a range of balsamic vinegars produced by a family firm since 1892, using traditional methods passed down from father to son.

Located in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy, using the finest grapes, and the family’s traditional range of recipes, we are able to offer a selection of balsamic vinegars to suit all tastes. Great care is taken with the ageing process in casks made of wood, which in essence adds to the flavour. The different types of wood each creating a unique tasting balsamic during the ageing process, and this is a jealously guarded secret!

Recipe idea

Sprinkle a little sea salt on an avocado after you’ve cut it up into small pieces. Pour a little balsamic vinegar on the pieces, not too much. Also, add a little olive oil to it and maybe a touch of garlic powder. It’s delicious and can be a great healthy snack too!
