Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes
A great simple recipe to try with black truffle powder quick and easy and adding the subtle taste of black truffles moves this to another level in these austere times.

- 1/2 kg potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked until just soft, keep hot
- 4 tablespoons quality butter
- 1/2 cup double cream
- One Puff of The Food Resource Truffle Powder (don't over do it!)
- Salt and white or black pepper
- small amount of grated cheese
Instructions
- Mash the potatoes until smooth. While hot stir in the butter and cream and mash until lumps are gone. Season the potatoes with a puff of black truffle powder, salt and pepper taste
